- You purchased a 28.8 modem and that's what you got. If you aren't happy,
- sell it and buy one you think you'll be happy with. Instead of seeing a
- company who doesn't support it's customers, I see a customer who didn't do
- his homework before buying and now wants the company to bend over backwards
- to alleviate that lack of preparation by the customer.
